SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Standard shipping: Delivery between 4-5 business days.
Shipping costs are $79 MXN.
Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs are $139 MXN.
Free shipping (Only in Mexico) on purchases over $999 MXN (standard shipping)

Please keep in mind when calculating shipping time that it may take up to 3 business days to process the purchase in order to fulfill it.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please feel free to email us at: womenshacks@outlook.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.

At Womens Hacks, we handle products for personal use, which is why we only accept refunds, exchanges or returns when the product has arrived defective, due to a change in size or color; as long as it has not been used, along with its original labels and packaging.

These exchanges and returns during the first 30 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS PROCESS

Can returns and/or exchanges be made?

The customer has 3 days from the arrival of the package for any exchange and/or return and 6 days to return the item. After the grace period granted, there are no exceptions to this policy.

It must be sent to the email whmexico@womenshacks.com specifying the following:

Full name with which the purchase was made
Telephone and/or email registered in the sale of the product
Shipping address provided above
Number of order
Date of purchase
Name the product to be changed/size (if applicable)
Information/reason: (material/size) of the product for which the exchange will be made

RETURN CLAUSES

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
The brand does not make monetary/physical or electronic refunds. We send them a gift card or code so they can use this amount for 6 months.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the mentioned criteria.
Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
In case of exchange, the customer must assume the $129 guide and the second exchange guide will be paid by the brand for free.
In case of requesting a return, Womens Hacks will create a code or gift card with the value of the product to be returned. The customer has the right to a single use valid for 6 months.
Womens Hacks reserves the use and does not make physical/or electronic monetary refunds in any case.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it is accepted or rejected. This process may take up to 5 business days from the date your package has been delivered to our offices.
